Own your own estancia in one of South America’s most prestigious wine regions.

Quality living in a sun-soaked wine region.

It all begins with the nights. The crisp desert nights spent staring at the millions of twinkling stars. You pull out a bottle of wine that you produced from the vines surrounding your home. And the wine—rich with minerals and crisp with the glacier fed mountain water. Every day the endless blue skies and the towering, snow dusted mountains on the horizon put a smile on your face. It’s easy-going here, no rush—people just seem to enjoy each other.

The Layout.

Each private vineyard will feature a breathtaking entrance — driving through acres and acres of pristine vineyards and through rows of spire-like Alamo trees, turning golden in the autumn.

Have you ever dreamed of owning your own wine label?

Now it’s a possibility. With our passionate team of winemakers, we’ll take the grapes from your estancia, and turn them into lush, delicious, award winning wines you’ll be proud to bring out at dinner parties—or maybe you want to sell the wine to a restaurant or distributor, we can help you with that too!

We can help your transition to Argentina seamless and enjoyable. Own an established vineyard in one of the world’s most sought after wine regions.

World class vineyards at a fraction of the cost.

In most parts of the world you would easily look at paying $150K USD per ACRE for an established vineyard. Not to mention exorbitant upkeep costs. In San Rafael, we take advantage of favorable exchange rates and economy of scale to bring those costs to a fraction of what they are in other parts of the world.

NAPA VALLEY
Vineyards typically run ~$200K/Acre.

FRANCE
Vineyards typically run ~$180K/Acre.

COST OF LIVING

You’ll enjoy the finest wines and cuisine but you’ll find your resources stretching farther than they ever could in North America or Europe.

How the Private Vineyards Work

STEP ONE

The Vineyard.

We work with your needs to select the perfect plot of vineyard. You can select from several exciting varietals, and our team will get to work planting and engineering the vineyards. You don’t have to worry about the irrigation, the workers, the pruning, the labor. We handle it all. You show up to a beautifully nurtured vineyard full of the varietals of your choosing.

STEP TWO

The Estancia.

We will introduce you to a talented team of architects to help you design your DREAM HOME. The cost of building in Argentina is very economical. Imagine waking up to a view of the snow-covered Andes in the distance. Imagine enjoying a glass of wine overlooking endless fields of grape vines, sunsets around a fire enjoying the crisp desert air. Our team will work with your needs to design the ideal home for family vacations or retirement.

STEP THREE

The Wine.

We have a bodega on the farm with a talented, ambitious group of winemakers and sommeliers. The grapes from your vineyards will go into crafting bespoke bottles of luscious wines that you’ll love bringing back to show your friends. We also have a team of designers to help you create your own brand — striking labels, packaging, the whole nine yards.

“We have low humidity, high sun radiation, long sunny days and big temperature amplitude between day and night. These factors make it perfect for steady development of sugar, acid and flavour to produce full-bodied sweet fleshy reds.”
